My niece asked me to take her out to Hubbard in the morning to fish. Any advice on where to head to or where to try. No honey holes just a little help

Well the rain kept us in this morning early so we may try this afternoon if the weather holds up.

Try RP and the peanut. Or Lavon. Was at Lavon yesterday for a couple of hours. 15 boats boat show and every one was catching. Big sandies. Look for the boat show and ease in. Fish hasn't congregated much on both lakes. Just fly-by pods. So spot lock and wait for them. Many are hugging tight to the bottoms also. Barely lift your slabs. Good luck!

How did you all do? Thinking about heading out there this afternoon, but have had horrible luck there the last few trips. Also thinking about going to joe pool. Anyone else fishing either of those lakes today?
