We got into them right before 6:45pm then the storm hit.It seemed like it came out of nowhere with 60 mph winds. We scrambled back to the ramp and while Scott walked to the truck to back the trailer (He should have been running)the 60 mph winds hit. I had my boat in hard reverse as the wind pushed my boat forward up on the trailer. It was a wow moment. We had blue skies then slam. I run a radar and warning app on my phone that kept going off but we had ignored them since we had blue skies. Next time when I get a warning no matter what the sky looks like we are headed in.It has been raining here ever since. Oh well at least we got some fishing in.
Just watch how fast this came in.
They were running 6-12 feet deep in 21 foot water nets to a deep brush pile.
