Anyone get a chance to see it out in the middle of the lake today?

The gas station dock? Or the pier? Wow!

The "Guides" dock. Broke off at the gate and was drifting out of marina but hung up on those steel pipes. The gas dock was removed earlier.

Wow, those docks have been in rough shape for sometime now. I wonder if anyone was sleeping in the lone remaining houseboat on that dock when it drifted away?

about time to put more money in the place?

That is my families boat, no one was in there, I might head down there in the morning to take a look at things.

That's just what is. When people don't take care of things this kind of stuff happens. Somebody needs to buy out the owners and make a better go of the place. It would receive so much more business if they updated and took care of what they have. They HAVE a good location. They don't HAVE enough people that want or know how to take care of general maintenance, structure building and repair. It really is a shame. I usually go up to the State park and give them my money. Better ramps, facilities, shows more respect for what they have been entrusted with.

Holiday needs help!

And just when was the last time you were at Holiday? The improvements that have been made there in the last 18 months are " OUTSTANDING " Rome wasn't built in a day. Give them some credit, they are working hard to improve and correct what has fallen apart.

Besides, between the drought and the flood, it has been extra hard to get it where they want it but have shown remarkable improvement.
