Hi-

Im headed down to Matagorda this weekend to fish the jetties and the river.

I bought one of these and I was wondering how you attach hooks.
Any one know how?

Thanks,

Will

Don't know if there is any preferred way, but duolocks would work.

I sure hope the fishing is better for you than it was for me down there. Make sure you send us a report. I guess I would use duolocks as well.

Tie your heavy line leader or wire leader to the wire loop.Attach the size hooks you are using to your leaders.
Or
Buy the package hooks with the line already attached..Then take your line hook out of the package..push the line loop through the wire loop hole of your rig...then run the hook through the line loop ..pull tight .

I fished friday night on the wharf that had lights and caught several small sandtrout and a ton of nice big blue crabs. Nothing of the jettys though.
