I tried to buy a Motorguide xi5 from a member here and he crawfished on me after we made a deal, so I was forced to replace a broken TM by shopping online. I came across the website universalmania.com. They had the Motorguide Xi5 with GPS and US2 80# 54" shaft for $1250.00. Cheapest I have seen anywhere other than used units on here. I also noticed they had some good deals on some of the Lowrance units, as well other fishing and hunting items. Not everything I looked at was cheaper but certainly some of it was.

Has anyone ever used them or have any feedback on them. Their reviews are great, they are highly ranked by Google and are shopper approved.

I went ahead and ordered my unit last night and so far the process has been good. I am always a skeptic so just seeing if anyone else has used them and what the total experience was.

There good hot both my graphs from them no problems and got them fast. Will use again for sure.

They had a really low price on HDS gen2 12's awhile back, so I placed an order. Received a confirmation # and then 2 days later they cancelled my order, I was pizzed and swore if never buy from them again.

2 weeks later they showed the graph again at the same price, so I placed an order again and I also called this time. No problems on that order and got a great deal.

I got my confirmation # and an email that said I had to call in and verify my order by talking to a salesperson or leaving a voicemail. I left a voicemail and have not been able to get anyone on the phone over there to confirm they got my confirmation voicemail. Still nervous this might happen to me..

*EDIT-- Got my update and my order is in route. So far I have liked everything with the exception they are hard to get on the phone, but they reply to emails very quickly. I do actually like the fact that they verify the orders via phone. At this point I will be a return customer. Especially at some of the prices they are offering.

I've bought from them in the past, and will do so again if they have the right deal on a product I want.

I bought a Terrova with iPilot Link from them. Two thunbs up. I'd buy from them again without a second thought.
