Fished this afternoon, was a windy there today. Fishing was good although it was windy. Caught a total of 12 bass, and a friend of ours on the lake caught a small mouth. All the fish came off of Island points and main lake points on 6 to 20 ft of water. Tx rigged grande bass airtails and rattlesnakes. My friend also caught one on a square billed crank bait and a dropshot. The bass all averaged 1.5 to 3.5 lbs. I thought it would be a good reaction bite today with the wind, but they loved the tx rigged the best.

Good Stuff- Just had a new transom put on my champion. my son and I were gonna take her out yesterday to either Medina or Canyon but the forcast with wind and possible storms Kept us back. Gonna go out to Medina a bit later today and give boat a run and wet a hook. Once again, thanks for reports on Canyon ! Great lake and love them small mouth
