Just be smart and you won't have any problems. Don't leave a Rolex sitting on your dash or something like that and they won't mess with your stuff.

That or just leave an 8ball of Coke on your tailgate and they'll tip you over there

^^^^this It's like having a personal ramp with docks at the ramp, gated and fenced now with security and cameras rolling 24/7 on site. I have enjoyed the last 12 years. I am at .65 cents a launch amortized into the LCPOA property owners dues for ramp use on a yearly basis banana Twin Points ramp and dock is at least 30 yards away hammer cheers TRWA price gouging and your property and lake management practices could entertain a clown college all day long. Go gettum crash crew peep

I don't fish that lake but can you buy an annual pass? For Lewisville Tower Bay/Lake Park is $10 but I just bought an annual pass for $25.

Well,I pay taxes to the TRWD so I feel like I can complain if I want, my tax dollars helped build that over priced ramp

NO ONE offers an annual pass on that lake. I've checked all the marinas and they all charge per launch. Heck if you have a boat slip rented/leased in some of them they STILL charge you per launch! That lake is a joke and it's an even bigger joke now. The only people I see using that ramp on weekends now are skiers/wakeboarders. I may fish it during the week but I sure as heck won't go on weekends anymore.
Don't trust ANYONE at Shady Grove Park so I won't go there either. I was informed by my old neighbor that there was a bass club that had a private ramp on the lake. Decent ramp and dock, accessed through a private gate. I think it was $40 a year for membership and access. I may look into that. That's the only annual pass I know about if you call it that.

That's the anglers club, you have to be sponsored to join but I just got the info and joining when I get off work. Their ramp is open even when the lake is 10-12ft low. It's deep

Just got off the phone with Walter at west bay marina. He said he's going a full year boat launch pass for 175$, and that's with a gate code to use the ramp 24/7. West bay is nice because of the store. 175$ may seem expensive but I fish the lake 2-3 times a week so I spend a lot using twin points. Nice ramp but not worth 20$

Did he just now start offering that? I've called all of them before and they said they don't offer anything like that. At $20 a shot I could easily offset the $175 cost in a year. At $10 a shot I still might be able to. So I may go ahead and look into that.

He said he's been doing it all year. And it's good 12 months from purchase so no need for timing it up at the first of the year.

His name is Walter

Just another good reason for me not fishing the lake. I pay $35 a year at Stewart Creek on Lewisville with a 4 lane boat ramp and concrete parking lot, no reason to get hijacked at EM.

You also live in the colony, lol I wouldn't drive to eagle mountain either. But I live 2 miles from the lake, just sucks it was perfect at 10$, but doubling the price for just a parking lot and ramp with no discounts to tarrant county residents is ridiculous
