I really want to get a custom swim ladder with a little platform attached to my boat. I have a 2001 Fishmaster 23' bay boat and the current removable ladder is total trash and I feel like I'm gonna sheer the bolts off and bust my mouth on the boat every time I try to use it. Does anyone have a recommendation for a place in DFW that can build me one of these?

Ive found that most local welding shops in the area dont do stuff like this, and charge alot to mess with aluminum. Id call a fab shop on the coast like blue streak in corpus.

I'm trying to get a visual on how the Bob's ladder would use the engine mount. Anyone have a photo of that?
