Brand new only used once. Screen keeps freezing up on initial start up. Will have to unplug power supply and reboot then same problem. Only thing that worked was to remove map card and it would boot up fine. It has only started up with the card in place a handfull of times but will eventually lock up. Any ideas?

Have you tried putting the map card in a different slot?. This has been an issue for the core units at times. Leaving the card out May be the only fix unless you want to call hbird
