Is there a place to buy live perch (preferably slicks) around Axton's Marina?

Make a clover leaf trap and always have bait. Just back from 7 days on Ouachita and trapped at least 50 doz. in cool water.

I looked at the clover leaf traps and they don't appear to meet the 1"X3" max opening regulation for Texas. Am I missing something?

You can cut the throat to get to the correct opening. Or squeeze it back if its too wide. 20' x 2' roll will make 2. I make sharper angles in mine than the rounded clover leaf. Crab trap rings to put it together.

I have plenty of traps, but I thought it was illegal to use them in public water? Of course, I haven't researched this so......

You can catch enough bait for a day with one hotdog and a small hook. Shouldn't take more than 15 - 30 min.
