Fellas,
I'm restarting my rod and reel setups to catch up with the new times. As of now, I mainly use falcon. Multiple Cara casting rods and shimano bantam reels.
Here's my question, I need advice on what reels to use on my new rods.
1: Lowrider 20 7' Medium heavy 2: G-loomis imx 6' Fast action 3: G-loomis NRX 893 C JWR 4: Dobyns DX 683 5- Dobyns DX 704
I'm partial to falcon as I live about 30 min away. I would like to hear from the falcon guys as to what your fav falcon rods line.
I need a good ideas as to which reels to match my rods, no better place than TFF to receive input.
Thanks!
Edit: I have five Falcon Cara T7 rods too.

I am not quite sure what you are asking. For the reels you need to determine how you will be using the combo. A lot of guys prefer a higher speed reel for certain applications like flipping or pitching where you can get your bait in and out, etc. For cranking some may prefer a lower gear ratio.
As for brands, I have Shimano and Lew's on all my rods. I have quite a few of the Shimano E series Curados and some Citicas. However, all of my newer reels have been Lews in various models.
98% of all the rods I have are Falcon. Some of my favorites are Cara Amistad, Cara Finesse Jig, Cara Composite Cranker they are all versatile rods. The Lowrider AOY is a very versatile rod too.
Is there a particular technique are trying to match up with? That might make it easier to suggest a model.

I wrote this late last night when I was a little bit out of it. So I apologize for the dysfunctional post.
I want to set up one for cranking, one for finesse (shaky head, drop shot), another one for heavier jigs and larger worms, also carolina rigging.
I also know that only one of them is a falcon rod, but I want to expand my falcon lineup! I hope this helps.
Ive been fishing all of my life, its just now that I am starting to look at purchasing up to date rods and reels so bear with me!
