When the water is stained to muddy what is the color of choice for plastic worm? Thanks.

Sounds like the darker the water, the darker the worm? Sounds counter-intuitive but I'm new to this.

I also like June bug in muddy water or in low light conditions.

I think its contrast thing if the worm is darker than the water it actually stands out or at least this is how i understand it

It seems counter productive, like you would almost want brighter colors in darker water, but that isn't really the case. I LOVE a black and blue yum wooly bug

Darker colors and appendages that flap and displace lots of water. I also tend to use larger baits and insert rattles. Adding scent improves confidence. If the fish can't see that well, they will be using their other scenses more to hunt prey.

Definitely black for worms in the mud.

In all actuality I like the darker colors like blue fleck in stained to muddy water. Works out great because I'll already have one tied on cus I use the same colors in clear water!
