My dad had a few Z-Bone's custom built and there were a few misunderstandings and Trey took care of him with no questions asked. He's a great guy and will take care of you for sure. TurNed out to be broke blank under the Reel seat and one day it just fell apart. Took it back and trey said he shoudlve brought it back as soon as it squeeked. Gave him a new ROF no questions asked. I did not respond and they called again the next day. Ever heard of service like that !!!!! Sent a new tip . I broke a new rod and TW replaced it. However in the last two weeks I broke two more. So not feeling to good about buying 6 of them. I do like them. Sensitive and good rods. I need to call them again and see whats up. Both rods broke about 10" from the tip.
