I am looking for any one's experience with using Seacast or one of the other pour in transom repair procedures. Long term results, problems good bad or other information. I am thinking of trying it to repair a project I have and could use any information available. Thanks

Used similar and have had a great experience with it. My transom is stronger than when it was new. Hardest part is removing old wood. After that it is a piece of cake. I would not hesitate to use it on another boat.

I helped a buddy re-do a transom in his old boat. We used the seacast product in it. Once we let it set up for a couple of days to cure, it was solid. The transom was dense and had zero flex. Follow the manufacturers instructions and you will be pleased with the outcome and the cost. Like said above, the hardest part of the process was drilling and vacuuming the old wood out of the transom. BASSHAWK
