Get the boat off it first. Then flip the trailer over and do it yourself.

I know Uhaul does this, but they are pretty pricey... not sure how much you are wanting to spend.
You might also look at some place near you that sells trailers.

I suggest staying away from anyone that is going to use scotchlocks for splicing, I had uhaul wire my gooseneck hitch in my truck and ended up doing it all over myself 6 months later due to connections going bad. Waterproof crimps with heat shrink or solder connections with heat shrink tubing is what I would recomend, and of course LED lights.....
