Silver Mirror over copper base is underrated, IMHO.

I think people like the "looks" of the Blue and Green mirrors. If I only had 1 pair for all around wear, it would be Silver Mirror 580G. The 2% difference in light transmission is almost imperceptible. Also, the frame color and style can effect perceived light transmission. Wide temples like the Fisch, Hammerhead and Blackfin cut alot of ambient light from the sides. Thinner temples like the Fathom and Harpoon let in more light. You mentioned the Jose. It's a good compromise between wide temples and thin. Great choice.

I'm wanting to get a new pair but UN decided on the green or blue lenses.I like the fisch frame. Just don't know if ill get used to the Amber look with the green mirror lenses. But hear good things bout them, help lol
