Met with the Dr. today. The first cancer surgery was 2/18 where He removed lots of cancer from My bladder. 2nd surgery was 4/14 to confirm if there was any left remaining. Good news today was the cancer is gone. He got it all the first surgery. Thank you for all the prayers, encouragement and support during this 3 months. Looking forward to getting back on Lake Palestine to catch crappie. When You see a Raycraft blue/white, be sure to say Hello so I can thank each of you in person.

Great news Mayor, as soon as you can with out pulling something open get out side. Even if just sitting on the porch it puts the healing in road gear.

Thanks Guys for all the comments and support. Had a bad night last night, with all the issues that have been going on in my body. Saw Dr. today at his request and we agreed that My "Lower Unit" has had some trauma. With the catheter and all. Taking some antibiotics and feeling much better today. The surgery was all internal through my urethra tube to the bladder which had it's own issues. Thanks again....

Well here it is Tuesday 5/3. Dr. called this AM and I have a staff infection so Dr. has sent another antibiotic prescription. Seems the med I have been taking was not doing any good, so another. Told to take Meds, drink water and 'Lay low". Since I am really tired of this "sick thing" of course I will to all He told me to do. Maybe next week I can wet a hook. Thanks for the prayer and encouragement....

Finally on the Lake yesterday!!!!! Out for a few hours and caught some crappie, did not keep any.
Thanks to all for your pray and encouragement. Still taking some meds but that is OK.

Congrats!!! I finish my last of 6 treatments next Monday for my bladder cancer.
Had chemo, removal of right kidney with large tumor, removal of tumors in bladder, with result of very small amount of cancer left in my bladder.
Transferred from M D Anderson to UT SW, where they are treating me with: Get this... Live TB Virus. This is a great cancer treatment getting started. They used it on Pres Jimmy Carter, only using Polio Virus, and he is completely free of cancer.
Looking forward to getting last treatment and getting ou on lake. Gotta buy a truck to pull that big ol Xpress sitting in back yard. it's getting lonesome.
