Why does it seem most of the pics you see of them they are older white males?

Does the good ole boy system play a major role in who gets picked to be a "marshal" ?

I guess it could be or it could be they have just been on the list longer. LOL I guess their is a few perks of being older and paying dues.

I would think being older comes with a little more flexibility with work schedules and such to be able to devote the time to participate.

You have to look at who gets their priority registration.

Registration for lifetime BASS members opens earlier than others but within the group, it's first come, first served.

When I envision a lifetime BASS member I think of someone with a little extra time and a little extra money...... Frequently older, white males.

Negative I've never wanted to be an observer, I was just looking at some pics on the BASS website and that's what I saw.
