I am not sure but the city of Rockwall bought the Robertson park area and they are going to build high rises and a lagoon them park there.

The City of Rowlett purchased Robertson Park from the City of Dallas. It will be transformed into what will be known as Bayside. The marina and ramps will get a face lift as well.
