 Nearest Lake to Waco open?

What is the nearest lake to Waco that is open for boating? I was hoping tradinghouse but wasnt sure. Thanks in advance.

aquilla shows to be open. Its not on the closed lake list.

As of today Lake Waco is about 15.5 ft above conservation pool. Every ramp is closed per COE web site.

Belton and Stillhouse open. 30 Min. drive from Waco.

Only two ramps open on Belton right now. Arrowhead one of them, I was at Temple Lake Park Sunday and another 1-2 feet of water and it would be over the ramp.
Stillhouse didn't catch as much water.

Tradinghouse is open, and it is BUSY. At least it was yesterday afternoon with the wednesday nighter being held there with Waco being closed.

There's about 2 feet left of the ramp at Aquilla right now. If we get hit tonight that may put to much in and close it.
I'm on other forums that deal with the old turbo powered Buicks.;)

There is no boat ramp at this access point.... Just be clear, where can I put in on Aquilla now? Sorry I haven't been up there before and am exploring my options close to Waco...

Rain's started now and it's not a light shower like they were talking about. Not a floater but it's going to be quite a bit added to the lake.
