Hey guys! My brother-in-law recently got engaged and I'll be helping organize his bachelor party. He just moved down to Fort Worth 5 months ago and we are looking to do something in Texas. We are all big into bass fishing and hunting so I had the idea of finding somewhere the offers hog hunting as well as bass fishing. Does anyone have any recommendations of ranches or resorts that we can do both for a reasonable price. I'm from Minnesota so I don't know much about the area. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'd be in New Orleans. Go to Venice fishing then bourbon street. Or you could look up moody ranch possibly.

+1 on the coast idea. Salt water fishing is generally a lot more reliable. We bass fished Toho for my bachelor party. Only 2 bass boated in 6 hours between 5 guys. Thankfully we also went offshore out of tampa and slayed them.

You might try Muddy Water Outfitters in Wichita Falls. I know they do both and I bet they will put a package together. They also have a lodge.

I was gonna say Lance as well. Also Hidden Lakes hunting ranch on Lake Fork. They have bird hunting, clay shoots, 5 stand, tower hunts. Also an awesome lodge with a game room with a poker table, bar, pool table, and tons of flat screens in it. A bunch of my clients have done a half day bass fishing then an afternoon hunt or shoot sporting clays.

I would head to the coast and fish and hunt.

Saltwater tends to be more reliable for fish and for sure the scenery will be prettier than some Texas lake
