Bought 3 in April of 12. One went bad 6-15 second went bad 2-16. Third went bad 4-16. Not too bad for the money. The 29 max are not at every store.

Maxx 29 for cranking. Maxx 27-TM,cause the 29's that were left in stock didn't have a high enough voltage reading for my taste.

You got that right. I usually keep an eye out for them just in case the need arises. I wonder if the stock goes quickly when they get some because they ARE popular. Of course, the buyers probably can't figure out when they need to increase stock level of a high-demand SKU.. I've thought of asking the department manager if he can order them just to see what he says.

I switched from Trojan SC225s to WalMart Max 29 about 15 years ago. Best decision I've made.

Finding the Wally Worl 29 max is proving difficult. I guess calling around is the next step.

Been using Everstart MAXX on my TM for about 17 years.....they just flat out work. For my cranking battery, I use the batteries from Academy since they have 1000 CCA's

Walmart on Precient line road in North Richland hills has about 5 or 6 left. I just bought two myself.
