Started fishing again a year ago, never used lures before and have never caught a limit of any fish (except trout when stocked...). Went to the creek Friday evening and limited in an hour and 20 minutes! And then......went the next morning and got another limit! too fun, just too fun!

Biggest sandie Friday was 18.5 inches, and I know...but she was flopping around so that was the best picture...she was 18.5. Also caught a nice cat that actually jumped 2ft out of the water when hooked, a drum, and a 21 inch largemouth.



Saturday got my limit in 4 hours but brought some friends. Two guys on the right had never caught a fish before! Trevor we will keep working on your ability to cast...

Hahahaha Nick! Yea no it's not a TCU shirt..... it's from my job, out VP's favorite color is purple so they had us get "team shirts" that are purple.

Why do I go fishing? To catch a box of fish and/or some quality time under the sun. Thank Heaven I never fail fishing in Texas, catching box fish or plenty of sunburn.
