Bass have been pretty good lately. We have been catching numbers on jigs & square bills. Biggest today was at the 10lb range. Seems some of the females have yet to spawn. Since Choke Canyon is like the Dead Sea, you might want to go to Mathis. Loads of fun.

Tons of boats on Mathis this past weekend. Totally fished out. Heard Choke was hot, might want to try your luck at that DD factory!

I was there today with my son in my boat and my brother in hi with two others, Just a good guess best 5 would go 15 lbs. Big white spinner bait, willow leaf, silver and gold, slow rolled on a rocky point and hold on they would hit it hard. had about 20 unders. My brother did the same, sorry no pics.
