Do you have the two HDS units connected with Ethernet? If that is the case, you don't have to move any cables. You would simply make sure you have the correct setting under StructureScan to share the image globally.

Ok, makes more sense.

So, you are saying that you used to get crystal clear images while basically sitting still? hmmm

One only has the power line to it as I only use it for mapping.

UPDATE: Took it out yesterday and I may have found the problem. At first it would not startup, so I giggled the power plug at the back of the unit and it started. So could a power issue cause this? It did work better than the last time, but still didn't seem as crisp as it was in the past.
So, how do I deal with the plug being loose? It is screwed on as tight as it will go.

Thanks

In my opinion, the power cords aren't as neatly fitting as they could be - meaning difficult to properly seat at times. I consider them a bit cantankerous - the power cord more so than the others.

If you don't get it seated properly BEFORE you turn the locking ring, it can actually fail to engage the threads and push the connector back off the pins. Did you remove the power cord, back the locking nut up to full-rear, then push the cable straight onto the unit? You need to push it straight in, and make sure it is seated. THEN push the locking ring forward and turn it to lock the cable in place.

About 99 times out of a hundred that one is loose, it wasn't properly seated and locked in place. You've got two power cords there since you have two units. Inspect/compare them to see if you see any difference/damage. I'm betting it just needs to be properly seated.
