Last day and Century Bass members are doing great at the BASS Nation Regional at Lake Guntersville in Alabama. Jon Harshbarger is sitting in 9th place overall on the boaters side for the completion of the event today. He has over 31 lbs for the two previous days and has about a 10 lb. lead over the next Texas angler. This will give him a great chance to move on to the BASS Nation Championship. David Porter on the non boater side is only 3 ounces behind his closest Texas angler for a chance to move on to the Championship and I saw on Facebook where he has already caught a 4 lber today. This is a great event for club members to be able to compete in and they are doing Century proud. We have a club tournament on Sunday at Cypress Springs and me as a non boater got lucky and drew Jon for the tournament on Sunday. Can't wait to spend a day in the boat with my old tournament partner and hear all about his week. Good Luck guys, hope you both have great days and make it to the Championship.

It's official. Jon Harshbarger was the top Texas angler with an individual 8th place finish overall out of 189 anglers on the boater side of the Regional tournament to make it to the BASS Nation Championship tournament. David Porter did the same thing on the non boaters side with a great 5th place overall finish and also the top spot for the Texas team and will be joining Jon at the championship. Great job by these guys in this big time event.
