Closures for Whitney Lake include:

Cedar Creek: Closed due to flooding.

Cedron Creek: Closed due to flooding.

Kimball Bend: Closed due to flooding.

Lofers Bend: Day Use: Closed due to flooding..

Lofers East: Closed due to flooding.

Lofers West: Closed due to flooding.

McCown Valley Park: Closed due to flooding.

Nolan River: Open.

Plowman Creek: Closed due to flooding.

Riverside East: Open

Steele Creek: Closed due to flooding

Soldiers: Bluff: Lower Loop Closure due to flooding.

Walling Bend: Walling Bend: Closed due to flooding

They have pretty much closed the gates at Whitney ....
Downstream can not handle any more water ...
It is going to get VERY full ...
I would wager it is done for the summer .......
