There was a time I spent a lot of time on this lake and actually won a new Legend there back in 2004. I have a tournament there this weekend and I see it's up almost 5 feet since last weekend and still rising. I've never really fished the lake when it's muddy so that's my question. Does it muddy up bad or do the areas around the mid lake stay fairly clear? We will be based out of Catfish Bay but can trailer. Anyone seen the lake this week?

You should do some searches in the White Bass section as they post more Texoma info there. From what I remember reading, I think the whole lake will be muddy. There may be some clear pockets but I am unsure.

2 weeks ago before this big rain it was still off colored. Even the south end, which is usually super clear, was still stained.

Most of the lake will be muddy. It's rising pretty fast at 2 feet every 24 hours. Still a lot of inflow coming in, so it's going to rise quite a bit before Saturday. I'm suppose to fish a benefit tourney on Saturday out of catfish also.

Just left catfish bay. Lots of big floaters out on main lake in between Roosevelt bridge and railroad bridge
