6 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat together on high speed 3 or 4 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa
1/4 c milk
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
Beat until stiff and fluffy.
Turn into your cool prebaked pie shell and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Here you go. Here's the "Looking great"

Oh, played with it a bit. Didn't have any powdered sugar so just used standard granulated sugar instead and a whole 8 oz of cream cheese and it worked marvelously.

Again, use a precooked crumb crust with it.

This 4 hr. wait with these pies is ridiculous, you have to come up with something better.

Yeah... I need one of those flash freezers.

You know, I've had the most amazing avocado mousse with a blackberry liquor. I could recreate that in pie form.
