My speedometer and the pump to release my live well water have stopped working. Any help solving these issues is appreciated.

Don't worry about the speedo. Replace the pump

Use very small drill bit by hand to clean out speedo pick up hole in lower unit. Make sure your live well drain control cable is connected to both the valve and control handle.

If you had any blue cats in the LW they probably puked zebra mussels and clogged the valve and/or pump.
Fish scales are bad too. All this in case you don't have a screen over the hole.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!
