I've lived in the area a little over a year and was wondering if either one of these lakes produce any white perch? Any help appreciated.

Both do. Fished Alvarado yesterday. Didn't fish much, about an hour, had about 15, mostly small, maybe 6-7 keepers, but I threw back.
