Fished it today from 9am-2pm and WOW what a great time!! Caught all my fish on 2 baits., a tail spinner and a spoon, fished in 12-24 fow most of the day. If you have not had a chance to go or never been to the lake I would suggest you head down there, those fish got their feed bags on!! Most fish were 14-20 inch fish, did have one I would guess was maybe 6.5 pounds. Conservatively I probably had 25 bass and another 30 sandbass. Here is a pic of the biggest of the day.

Sounds like a great day!! I was just telling my Dad Tuesday, that we needed to go there. I've never fished it. My Dad has back in the day. I've spent many hours studying the lake (map study). I hear it's a gem...

It's a rather simple lake to catch fish on most of the time
Occasionally it's tough, but mostly you can always catch 10-15 fish

One of my buddies fishes it pretty regularly. That's what he said. Bad days, he catches about 15 fish.
