Anyone been out there lately? I tried for Crappie last weekend but a front came in the night before, didn't catch anything but a cold and a Gaspergoo.

I have looked for Crappie in the lake but never had any luck. The bass fishing is off and on with the cold fronts coming thru.

Didn't look for crappie, but heard the same regarding up the river and creeks. Bass were holding tight to exposed brush and outskirts of beds in 3-6ft water north side between Dana Peak and Stillhouse parks. Only used Berkley 7" PowerWorm (Red Shad/Grn Gltr), texas rigged. 5 landed, 2 lost.
