Buddy of mine is moving out of state and never got to fish TX while he was here...
Thinking the rivers will be better than running banks in the colony... though thats my fall back idea. What would you guys suggest? Really just looking for a good day of fishing and having fun over catch n keep stuff

to make it easier for the suggestions part,
Ive been to RC once before and never been to hickory. google maps is only showing a spot to park at old alton bridge for hickory creek.

You can park all along country club road at hickory creek. Can't really see them from Google maps because there covered by trees. Good luck wherever you go!
