Full carpet job will probably be $800-$1000
I don't know about seats for a fish/ski. Try bassboatseats.com

Not sure if this is standard for all brands, but a new set of seats from BassCat costs about $600-$800 installing them yourself. These are premium seats from a boat manufacturer so you can probably find cheaper options. You can get enough cheaper 16 oz carpet to do a boat for a couple hundred bucks, but the good 20 oz carpet is probably going to be $300-$400ish and then install it yourself. I got some 16 oz carpet from boatcarpet.com to redo my bunk boards and it's ok, I should have paid a little more for the thicker 20 oz. Probably a two whole-weekend project to do the whole boat if everything goes smoothly. Getting it all done by someone else, easily over $1000.

coachmatt, I go to Lavon quite a bit and I'll be happy to meet you out there pretty soon. I have a tournament on Texoma this coming weekend, but I'll be out there chasing crappie over the next month. Just to let you know, I am not a salesman for bassboatseats, just a lucky guy that received a set from the owner James Meyers. He joined the TFF and gave away a few sets and I keep his sig at the bottom of my posts to show appreciation. This way, you can see/feel the quality of the seats before purchasing.
