Well in an amazing curveball, baby #2 is now on the way so I need this gone soon. It was worth about $40,000 as rigged when I got it new in late 2008 and I'm asking $15,000 now (as is), which is at least $2,500 below NADA low retail number. However, that NADA number does not include the almost new $1200 trolling motor (black). It does need some hull spots fixed and the paint buffed that I don't have the time or money to do. I have not taken it anywhere, but I've heard probably $1,500 to $3,000 depending on where and how much is done.

Here's the basic specs as I know them:
2007 22ft Blue/White Triton 22 LTS Center Console (Purchased new in October of 2008)
2006 Mercury Optimax 225 (Purchased new in October of 2008)
2007 Marine Master Trailer (Purchased new in October of 2008)
2015 Terrova 80 Trolling Motor (24 Volt -- Internal Transducer). Purchased in the fall of 2015 and used four times. 2 foot controls, as one was compatible with my previous trolling motor.
Minn Kota On Board Charger (Purchased in October of 2008)
Humminbird 798 SI with Down Imaging (Back - Purchased in October of 2008) with brand new transducer (Installed May 2014)
Humminbird 597 DI on Front (Purchased in April of 2013)

This boat has been a blast to own, as it has the ability to do a bit of everything. She's about the most flexible rig you can find for all fishing. I'm sure it would ski or tube just fine as well, but I've never tried.

Overall, the boat is in average to above average condition mechanically and a bit below average condition from a cosmetic standpoint (mostly exterior) due to the varied types of use. Though the boat is a 2007 (engine 2006), it was not put in service until October of 2008. I think my top year was about 50 trips with most years averaging around 25. In the last year, she was out just four times though. I last had the boat serviced in May of 2014 and at the time the motor had 388 hours (have invoice). You can add only another 40 or so since that time. I can also say that most of these are soft hours, as I have rarely run over 4000 RPM's (5200 roughly is max throttle) and easily over 50% of my engine time is low or idle due to searching for brush or just leaving it running offshore. The paint on the boat itself is a bit scratched up due to low water level and the timber I weave in and out of with the trolling motor searching for crappie in the summer. Most of the scratches were done in the first two years of ownership. There are also 10-12 small nicks/gouges in the gel coat and one in the fiberglass internally. I had 3 internal spots repaired a couple of years ago, but they missed the 4th they were supposed to do. It would probably cost between 1,500 and 3,000 to bring her back to peak cosmetic condition. I have only had two true mechanical repairs in 7+ years of ownership on the engine. Early in the boats life, I had issues with water in the fuel and it got bad enough in 2010 that it took servicing (have invoice). After that I started using the green Stabill and have had no issues since. I also hit a wave hard in a Wounded Warrior tournament on Lake Belton that shook things up enough to dislodge a fuel line and shifted a piece of plastic that rendered the boat inoperable at the time. I do not have that invoice, but the repair was minor and cost less than $400. I have had four annual service jobs done in my 7+ years of ownership, though I only have the invoices for the last two. All servicing has been done at Texas Boat World in Harker Heights, TX.

I did install a Kiel shield after two years (should have done it earlier), but it is starting to peel off due to my less than stellar installation. It could probably use another. The pin striping is peeled in many places, but can be bought for about $100. The stickers on the engine have flaked off from the sun, but I have a whole new set ready for the new owner to make her look brand new again! I also just replaced the registration stickers and recovered the boat seat. The trailer did take some abuse from the saltwater over the last 4 years (quite a bit of rust despite frequent washing), but has been well taken care of otherwise. I also had $433 dollars' worth of inspection and repair work done on the hubs and bearings including replacing the oil bath gaps (invoice in hand) in 2014. At the same time, I had the wiring looked at and a brake light replaced. It's looked better, but fully functional for sure. Tires are all in good shape and have been replaced when needed.

Extras Included:
Loose Spare Tire
Life Jackets -- 2 adult
Anchors -- 2
2 Dry Boxes with fire extinguisher
Throw Cushion
2 Bee Ready Rod Holders -- Mounts on Boat (replaced May 2014)
Spot light
3 Pedestals, two regular seats and one lean to seat
Assorted Maintenance Equipment and Supplies

Some highlights of Recent Upgrades/Repairs not previously described above (totaling about $2400):
Newly recovered seat - $200
New Seat Pedestals and two new poles - $135
New Trailer Buddy Straps - $85
New Horn - $81
New Aerator - $75ish
Repaired Rear Trim Switch - $110
New Trolling Motor - $1200

I can email pics, as they are not uploading here. I hope that you'll be able to enjoy her as much as I have!
