Can someone direct me to a local MinnKota rep? My son-in-law is having issues with the factory standing behind a motor he bought only 3 1/2 months ago. Because he doesn't have the original box it was shipped in (who keeps those after a couple of weeks?) they won't take the defective trolling motor back. Surely there's someone who can help him on here. Thanks in advance for your help
I actually kept my box for months just in case but I agree, they are huge and the avg person would not. Are you just trying to get repairs or return? If it is a return, have you tried the store where it was purchased? They normally don't require the box. If it is repair, look up there repair facility and drop it off.
I thought I was having problems with mine and customer service didn't ask for a box. They just told me to take it to the repair facility
