I'm running an 1198, 998, Hydrowave, 360 Imaging, not all the time, live wells. The battery I'm currently using is a Continental M24-1000. After about 5 hours on the water I'm losing voltage, goes to 9.2 Volts. I can start my boat but shuts down the graphs. What battery would you recommend? I have been looking at the Continental M27-1000 and the Blue Top OPT-27M.

Thanks,
Kevo

How are your graphs wired? They should be wired straight to the battery with a inline 3 amp fuse. Avoid all wiring harnesses and fuse panels that are not dedicated to the graphs. You want to use the biggest battery that you fit into the battery compartment

Use cabellas AGM batteries for cranking and trolling .Last 5 to 7 years no maintenance and no worries. Just catch them on sale and they are no more expensive than a cheap walmart battery that you get 2 to 3 years service and you have to maintain them.

Your 24 is too small to run all that, the 27 isnt much better, EverStart Max 29 for example or any 29 or 31 would
serve your needs, I run an 1199, 998, Hydrowave,PP, livewells start a 250 HPDI using a EverStart Max 29.
If you decide on a AGM battery be sure your charger is compatiable.

ditto on at least the 27 series, and much better if you can do 29 series. Note that the 29 requires a new battery tray that is larger than a Group 27 battery tray. Of course, you're probably replacing a Group 24 tray anyway. As noted, just be sure of space for fit.
