We left before final weigh in. It's 4 hours home for us. Ahn Nugyen and Richard Crilley won with something over 15 lbs. Kevin and Charlie Rogers were second with very close to 15 lbs and big fish at 2.98. I think the top 9 teams had 14+ lbs. Chris and Willie Scott finished with 14.23. Paul O'Bier and George Nelon had 14.11 I think. Hopefully someone who stayed for the final weigh in will give a report.
Fork was impressive again with big total weights. If you look at Crappie Masters tournaments this year, the only lake that beats Fork is Grenada. And the top 15 teams from Fork have impressive weights. And when you consider the Fork tournament is one pole, one jig, no live bait, then it's really impressive to me. No spider riggin.
Max and I had a meager 12.5. Fish were not biting well. Took some finesse to get some bites. We only had 8 keepers but that's 5 more than we had Thur or Fri. A glo-truse slab bug with pink head got my fish in the boat.

Impressive that on any lake the first 9 teams had 7 crappie that averaged 2lbs a piece. Sixty Three 2lb fish caught in one day.

Must be some really good fisherman to fish different lakes in tournament situations and be able to catch that quantity/quality of Crappie.
