Just one of those, I'll just swing by and get a couple casts in before I head home, only had about 30 minutes to spare...First time putting a line this season as well...

When I first hooked him, didn't think he was that big, so I attempted to let him get off, where I fish at, it's not easy to land fish, but then I had an audience, and he started stripping drag, my heart jumped, and I paid a little more attention...

Yep there's some in Wilson Creek too. Most likely swam through the drain from the pond when the water was high.
