Stained as of last week. Fishing is slow. Make sure you have your lake permit as they are checking for it at the ramp.

Yes don't forget your permit! It can be bought at the Gainesville police department $35 dollars expires end of December. Last time I was at the lake this week they had it drawn down 5 feet for road repairs. It's definitely been slow fishing, but there's some good ones in there. Stop by Pond King for some tackle in Lindsay Tx.

I'm going to be a little negative.... Short of every other lake being closed, I would not pay to fish Moss Lake. Not bass fishing anyway. Bunch of dinks!! Hate that place lol
Last time we were out was a couple of weeks ago. Water was stained, temps were 62'ish if I remember right. Caught all our fish flipping stick ups along the bank. Green pumpkin was our color. Good luck out there.
