In a week or so, I'll be headed to Inks Lake State Park for a week. My old friend Olhipi, AKA Mutt will be coming up from Dayton to spend it with me for our 3rd Annual Guadelupe River Fishing Retreat. Banker_Always Fishing, AKA Chuck and Mike, AKA USMC_GY are going to fish with us for a day, may two if we can talk them into it. One of the plans is to go to Lake LBJ and see if we can get into some Whites and/or Stripers. Are we better off putting in on the south end by the dam or the north end in Kingsland? It looks like the distance is about the same from the State Park. Mutt only makes it up here once, maybe twice a year, so I would really like to put us on some fish. Of course with Chuck and Mike, we'll probably spend a considerable amount of time perch jerking with ultralight rigs. Hope it's gonna be a fun week..
