Ok, forum folks, spring is that magical time of year...when easy fishing makes us take our thoughts to good crappie recipes! I believe, that crappie taco recipes are a fun way to start this thread off. Pepop has a mean crappie taco recipe, that I have tried (without success) to improve upon...so post up that crappie taco recipe and let's get this thread rocking.

Also, if you have an other fun ways (even traditional is ok) to make up crappie...LETS HERE THEM!

Any left over cooked Crappie, I make taco. Warm the filet up wrapped in a towel in the MW, heat the tortilla the same way. Crumble the Warmed crappie into the tortilla. Season to taste and enjoy another crappie meal a 2nd time.

Using the site for a while...this is really great to share fishing ideas and success with others.
