Recommendations?
DW & I looking to take Gkids (11yo & 9yo) on guided fishing trip on Texoma or its tailwaters. Want a guide who can work with kids and have them have fun and catch fish. Having fun and catching fish is what's important, what kind of fish pretty much irrelevant. We Gparents both fishers but not interested in the fishing ourselves, the focus is the Gkids. If we Gparents are only along for the ride, that's okay.

Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

Are you on the OK side of the lake? If so, I'd recommend calling this guy and explaining what you're after.

^^^this guy^^^ Chris really knows his stuff. He and his dad have been running those waters for many many moons. I doubt you would be able to find a better guide on Texoma.

You can kill a fly with a sledgehammer,
But do you really need to son???

Shawn morales is an excellent guide and very easy to get along with. He also has a very nice boat with lots of room for I wanna say up to six people comfortably.

Being out on the boat is my counseling and it's worth every second and every penny.
