To the upstanding citizen who wrecked my trailer today at the minnow bucket, we are reviewing video in the morning and we will find you!
You must a special kind of sorry to run into folks boat trailer, take the license plate as well and keep on moving without at least leaving a note. If you didn't have insurance that's ok, I do!! Just don't be sorry!!

I'd get that tape now then. If Mr Idiot just happens to see this, no telling if he'd try to get at it tonight to get out of this. Best to go digital and have it upload to a cloud server so it can be retrieved anywhere.
