I will be fishing it, but man, that lake can be brutal. I wonder how many fish went down that big vortex when water was high by the dam? Fished it 7 hours last weekend and had one bite...

It will be tough. Last year had 35 boats, and on that lake, that's a lot.

we went to the creek below the dam, snagged quite a few fish, and like escaped convicts, we brought them back and put them back in the lake. Not as many as last may.

Spoke with TPWD, they have requested a re-stock this year and next year of Florida large mouth. If approved, we should get re-stock late April or early may

I wished someone would have told us that you Had to pre register,that you couldn't just show up like last year.

my thoughts exactly, why have a 5:30 registration time if you have to pre register, if you go to the web site it says they are full and you will be put on a waiting list in case someone backs out.
