There are a couple of fishing sups I know of and a lot of fishing kayaks you can stand and paddle/fish too. I would say check with a kayak shop and see what you can demo to see if it fits.

Mariner Sails is having a Demo Days @ Little Elm Park on Lake Lewisville on April 30th. They will have Paddleboards there too.

Try before you buy is the best advise you can get!
Everyone has different ideas about what a fishing kayak should be, and what works for you may not work for the other guy.

the diablo's are kina like it, you also got the Versa Board from Native...   There are others too that I can't think of right now..
