ACK San Marcos. BigFoot on the upper Guadalupe (between Canyon Lake & hwy 281) several outfitters on River Road, most have websites.

Best to call and find out from where you plan to rent.

I inquired once about the rental policy at the ACK in San Antonio and I was told that I could pick up the kayak on Friday and return it on Monday any time during business hours and I would only be charged for Saturday and Sunday.

Not saying you have to drive all the way to San Antonio but it's the same company as the one in Austin and San Marcos so the policy I would think would be the same.
