I am trying to change the oil in my lower unit and there appears to be NO drain hole. All of my other Merc's had a plug on the bottom side of the shaft bulge and another up higher no the side. I cannot find a drain hole.
Any help.

Put a level on the lower unit and make sure it is level when you refill. Once oil starts running out the top hole stop filling and let the oil drip until it stops running out. Don't just keep pumping and cap it off while still running out. The Torquemasters don't have a lot of open space in them and overfilling causes a pressure buildup that can cause the seals to fail.
