I agree with using McCoys. Been using it since 2000 and still use it today. I have straighted #4 hooks with 15# test. I pull a 21' fully loaded 2 big guys fishing around the lake when I get hung on 20# test. It does not have much memory, it lasts forever (I have had oen reel with 17# test on it for 8 years, still good line), it has GREAT ABRASION resistance, it is smaller diameter than most mono's and it is STRONG as on ox.
